RED IPA
Description:
An easy-going, American IPA with a distinctive malt balance — ton of peach and stone fruit hop character.
History
Somewhere between an American IPA and Amber Ale lies the Red IPA. Not quite pale and hoppy enough to be an American IPA, and too hoppy to be considered an Amber, Red IPAs fall in that juicy middle. Give this to a person desiring some malt character that doesn’t sacrifice hop character.
