Here at East Brother Beer, we’re all about building community, and nothing brings folks from all walks of life together like cars.

We’re excited to announce The Shipyard Stroll, a classic car cruise at the East Brother Beer Taproom in Richmond, CA. The Shipyard Stroll builds on our annual Summer Classic Car Show, making East Brother Beer and our city of Richmond a destination for classic car aficionados.

Join us every second Sunday of the month (except for the first and last ride) as we celebrate community, classic cars, and the folks who appreciate both.

Here’s how it works:

  1. On the designated Sunday, meet at the Richmond Ferry Building Terminal parking lot starting at 9am.

  2. Be ready to roll out starting at 10 am.

  3. Each ride will have a “leader” who will act as a guide throughout the whole stroll. Please ensure that you follow all posted traffic laws throughout the whole ride.

  4. The stroll will end back at the East Brother Beer taproom parking lot.

  5. After the stroll, we encourage you to park and enjoy everything East Brother Beer Co has to offer.

Registering for the Shiypard Stroll is always encouraged but not necessary.

UPCOMING RIDES

  • Innagural ride with Rosie The Riveter. Be one of the first to experience the Museum’s virtual tour of the shipyards. When you arrive, look for the Rosie Table for a goodie bag and instructions.

    9 AM: Begin arriving at the Richmond Ferry Terminal Parking Lot

    10 AM: Cars start riding out

    11 AM: Cruise ends at East Brother Beer Taproom

    General Route Outline:
    Start at Ferry Terminal:

    1. Head northeast on Harbour Way S toward Scott Ave

      Turn left onto Hoffman Blvd

    2. Turn left onto Cutting Blvd

    3. Turn left onto S Garrard Blvd

    4. Continue onto Dornan Dr

    5. Slight left onto Brickyard Cove Rd

    6. Continue onto Seacliff Dr

    7. Turn left onto Canal Blvd
